Chapter 22.

“It was one of Oxford’s oldest,endowed by Edward III in the thirteenth century.

The date means that this has to Queen’s college. It was actually endowed by the Chaplain to Edward III’s queen. The additional architecture is not Elizabethan but 18th century and very famous as well. Image below from Wiki Commons
